The Beaux Arts Foundation is one of the largest student-run non-profit organizations in the state of Kentucky.
Their mission is a great one: “To bring various forms of arts and humanities to the community of Lexington, advocate for the accessibility of arts and diversity to the general public, and to support charities that promote the livelihood of Kentuckians through public celebratory events.”
Each year the BAF hosts two major Lexington events, The Beaux Arts Ball and Fall Ball. As Spring is upon us, as is the Beaux Arts Ball 2016 (#BaB2016). On April 23rd, 2016 Manchester Music Hall will be hopping with great music. This year’s lineup includes WEIRDFAM producer/Trap DJ out of Louisville Gitsum, Sweaty Vintage Blues Rockers Johnny Conqueroo, The Trailblazing DJ Jamples returns to the BaB stage, and Lexington’s favorite dabstomp band Driftwood Gypsy.
